Set build/Creative/Macro

This is attempt number two, just to illuminate the two sides of the story.
I set up one soft box light up high to reach the bottom at the back of the box just so that I can get the point across.

L helped.
Creative Shopping list

I went for british spirit, now that I had established that booze was on the top of the list more than once. With the creative lost and found, I thought of placing the shopping lists on a washing line (to use the peg), wrapped around the Union Jack bowler hat.

I am ashamed to say that I did put the white balance on auto by the end as I was sick of this orange tint and did not know how to get rid of it at the time.

Creative egg shot

The thinking for the creative egg shot is the world being carried on the back of a turtle
from Disk world.

Macro practice

I found this bubble wrap in the studio, someone must have just unwrapped something and discarded it on the table. To which, I took as a challenge to try to take a macro shot of it, I was thinking individual bubbles but was unable. With the same set up as the egg shoot, it also didn't work so I found a black cloth and placed it under it and it worked so well.

Third attempt on the pin hole camera with the help of AndyF.

Macro on Mancy

Mancy started her life off as Larry (like Garry from Spongebob) as she crawled into our plant pot looking for the moss that grew inside it. We fed her cucumber and mushrooms and then we discovered that she had laid eggs and from then on she became Mancy. The name Mancy comes from another story all together but it's stayed and now she is our pet along with her 6 baby slugs.

I noticed when looking through macro photography that there was a lot on insects and we had our very own slug.
