I thought I'd take advantage of the recent snow fall and take some pictures of my shoes as I hadn't previously. So I placed my boots on top of the telly to get a shallow depth of field shot of the front of them. The shot is slightly underneath as these are rather big boots and it concentrates on the thick sole to show the stomping power.
I had a few ideas for the wide depth of field, I wanted to do some footprints behind it but I couldn't work out how to do it without making a big mess of them. Another idea was to put them behind the fence surrounding the pub in front of the house, like they were restricted, caged, unable to travel. Yet I went with in front of the bin shed, there is a nice long shot through the fence, although it's very dark but in focus.

Flash used on the outdoor shots as I had no tripod and was taken later on in the day.
